摘 要:本研究通过微观质量检测实验,量化比较了静电印刷与喷墨印刷两种数字印刷工艺在细节复制上的特性。首先,依据ISO 13660:2001标准,总结了印刷线条质量微观检测的主要指标参数,依据质量影响权重对指标参数进行了排序,提出了用于本研究的彩色数字印刷线条质量检测指标。其后,对静电印刷与喷墨印刷线条的质量进行了测量,比较了采用两种印刷方式的印刷线条在线宽、笔直程度、对比度、粗糙度、颜色互渗度等方面的差异,从微观细节再现能力角度分析了两种数字印刷技术在复制效果上的差别,并探讨了现有方法存在的问题。In this study, the microscopic line quality detection method for multi -color digital printing was proposed and a microscopic quality detection experiment was conducted to survey its effectiveness and to further quantitatively compare the characteristics of xerographic printing and inkjet printing technologies. Firstly, based on summarizing the available research results, the parameters used in the new method were ranked according to their affecting weight. The index parameters of quality detection of multi - color digital printing line were proposed. Then the line quality of xerographic printing and inkjet printing was measured and analyzed according to the line width, straightness, contrast, raggedness and bleed degree parame- ters. Finally, the differences of the output effects between these two kinds of digital printing technologies were discussed. The disadvantage of the existing algorithm was reminded as well.
