复发翼状胬肉显微切除联合羊膜及自体角膜缘移植效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨显微切除联合羊膜及自体角膜缘移植治疗的临床效果。方法本次研究选择复发翼状胬肉患者40例,对照组采用显微镜下胬肉切除+羊膜移植术的治疗,观察组在此基础上联合自体角膜缘移植治疗,回顾两组临床资料。结果观察组均治愈,对照组治愈率为80%,两组均行平均(14.5±2.5)月随访,对照组25眼中,复发率为24%;观察组25眼中,复发率为4%。组间比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用显微切除联合羊膜及自体角膜缘移植治疗复发翼状胬肉可降低复发率,显著改善预后。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of microsurgical excision combined with amniotic membrane and corneal limbal transplantation. Methods 40 patients with recurrent pteryginm were selected in this study and divided into the control group and the observation group. The patients in the control group were treated by microscopic pterygium excision and amniotic membrane transplantation, while those in the observation group were treated both by the measures taken in the control group and limbal autograft transplantation. Then the clinical data of the two groups were collected. Results Patients in the observation group were all cured, while the cure rate of the control group was 80%. The two groups underwent a follow - up of （ 14.5 ± 2.5 ） months on average, The recurrence rate for 25 eyes of the control group was 24% , the recurrence rate for 25 eyes of the observation group was 4%. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Microsurgical excision combined with amniotic membrane and corneal limbal autograft in the treatment of recurrent pterygium can decrease the recurrence rate and improve the prognosis significantly.
