帕罗西汀配合奥氮平治疗难治性抑郁症的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察帕罗西汀辅助奥氮平治疗难治性抑郁症的效果和安全性。方法选取2011年4月—2012年9月我院收治的66例抑郁症患者。按照治疗方法的不同,将其分为两组,每组各33例。对照组采用帕罗西汀单一用药治疗;观察组采用帕罗西汀联合奥氮平用药治疗。观察两组的治疗效果。结果治疗后两组汉密顿抑郁量表和焦虑量表评分比较,差异有统计学意义,(P<0.05);两组疗效比较差异有统计学意义,(P<0.05)。结论采用帕罗西汀辅助奥氮平治疗抑郁症疗效显著,安全性高,值得临床推广。Objective To study the effect and safety of treating treatment-resistant depression with paroxetine and olanzapine.Methods Choosed 66 patients of treatment-resistant depression from Apr.2011 to Sep.2012 to divide into study group and controlled group.Controlled group with 33 cases were treated with paroxetine only,and study group with 33 cases were treated with paroxetine and olanzapine.Compared the effect and safety in these two groups.Results There were different in the scores of HAMD and HAAD in these two groups（P 0.05）.And the effet rate in study group was better than controlled group（P 0.05）.Conclusion Choosing paroxetine and olanzapine to treat treatment-resistant depression could receive good effect to extend in clinic.
