摘  要:人口老龄化带来的矛盾日益尖锐,人才匮乏一直制约着老年服务业的发展,探索一种新型的老年服务与管理专业人才培养模式已迫在眉睫。本文以钟山职业技术学院老年服务与管理专业为例,通过问卷调查和访谈,分析该专业人才培养现状,探索适合社会发展、满足社会需求的新型人才培养模式,即以"五位一体"为核心的"钟山老年服务人力资源开发园区"项目。Population aging has been causing more and more conflicts. The first thing that should be mentioned is the great shortage of professionals, which restricts the development of aging industry. Exploring a new training model for the Elderly service and management professionals is extremely urgent. Through questionnaires and interviews, this thesis is taking the specialty of elderly service and management in Zhongshan Vocational College as an example to explore an innovative training model which is suitable for Zhongshan Vocational College as well as for our society. This is also a project carried out by Zhongshan Elderly Services Human Resources Development Area, focusing on "Five-in-One" construction.
