摘　　要：当今的世界是一个开放的世界,经济全球化和世界一体化的趋势越来越明显,各个国家和地区之间在政治、经济、文化、教育等领域的交流越来越密切。在此背景下各国都面临着如何融入全球化并在全球化中发展自己的问题。解决这一问题的根本在于人,要想融入全球化就需要培养能够跨文化交流的世界公民,而要想在全球化中很好地发展自己就需要培养具有本国特色的世界公民。而中国高校是培养人的主要阵地,随着与国外高校交流协作的增多,高校学生已成为中国与世界交流的重要纽带,中国高校除了要培养学生掌握现代化建设所必要的知识和技能外,还需要结合本国特色培养学生国际化的跨文化交际能力,使其成为有中国特色的世界公民。The current world is an open world with more and more obvious economic integration. In order to integrate into the world, every country should cultivate world citizens with the character- istics of their own nations. With the development of school ex- changes, Chinese colleges should cultivate students with interna- tional perspective, besides necessary knowledge and skills for modernized construction, so as＇to cultivate world citizens with Chinese characteristics.
