摘　　要：本研究以扎根理论的研究生方法探讨Seminar对研究生科研能力的影响。研究结果显示:Seminar能影响研究生的资料搜集与处理能力、表达能力、创新能力和发现问题与解决问题的能力,从而对研究生的科研能力产生影响。This paper focuses on how seminar affect graduate stu- dents＇ ability of data collection, speech, innovation, finding and solving problems by the way of the grounded theory. Seminar can also influence graduate students＇ scientific research ability accordingly.
