摘　　要：本文针对高职力学课程的枯燥难学问题,提出在课程教与学的过程中,积极搭建书本理论与工程实际应用相结合的平台,开展力学实践教学活动,设计制作力学模型。这有利于提高学生的学习积极性、培养学生的综合能力。Mechanics course is an important basic course of the higher vocational education, also, is a course that students generally feel uninteresting and difficult to study. In the process of teaching and learning, the platform had been established with integration of theory with practice. It developed useful practice teaching activity for mechanics course. Mechanical models were designed and made. These works were beneficial to motivate the students＇ learning enthusiasm and train the students＇ comprehensive ability.
