摘　　要：目的探讨腹腔镜结直肠癌手术并发症预防对策。方法回顾113例腹腔镜结直肠癌手术临床资料，分析其并发症发生原因及预防对策。结果总并发症发生率为15．9％，其中吻合口并发症占5．3％，血管脏器损伤4．4%，感染3．5％，其他2．7％；中转率2．7％，无死亡病例。结论腹腔镜结直肠癌手术，做好术前评估、术前准备、术中暴露及术后处理等，配合术者丰富的手术经验与娴熟的腹腔镜技术，在一定程度上可以减少并发症的发生，其中娴熟的腹腔镜技术至关重要。Objective To explore the preventive strategies of complications following laparo- scopic colorectal cancer surgery. Methods The clinical data of 113 cases of laparoscopic colorectal cancer surgery were retrospectively reviewed and the causes and preventive strategies of complications were analyzed. Results The overall complication rate was 15.9 %, including complications related to anastomosis （5.3%）, iatrogenic injury （4. 4~）, infections （3. 5%）, and others （2. 7%）. The conver- sion rate was in 2. 7 %, and there was no death. Conclusion The complication rate of laparoscopic colo- rectal cancer surgery may be reduced, to some extent, by sufficient preoperative evaluation, preoperotive preparation, intraoperative exposure, postoperative treatment, combination with rich experience and skillful laparoscopic techniques of the operators. Especially, the skillful laparoscopic techniques are of great concern. [
