摘 要:为了避免常规算法中对高压加热器结构参数的复杂计算,在研究加热器端差和运行影响因素以及加热器结构参数之间关系的基础上,提出基于最小二乘支持向量机的高压加热器端差应达值的计算模型。以某660MW汽轮机为例,用其正常运行状态下的高压加热器的运行数据对模型进行了校验,然后利用该模型计算出的端差应达值与实测值进行对比,利用二者的偏差程度对加热器的运行经济状态进行了评价。Based on the relationship among the terminal temperature difference and the running factors and the structural parameters of the steam turbine high-pressure heater, the least square support vector machine-sup- ported calculation model for the target value of the high-pressure heater' s terminal temperature difference was proposed so as to avoid the complex calculation of structural parameters. Taking a 660-MW-steam turbine as an example, the high pressure heater' s operating data at normal operation were taken to examine this calcula- tion model, meanwhile, the calculated target value of the heater terminal temperature difference was compared with the measured value so as to evaluate the heater' s economical situation through their deviation extent. The calculation results show that the proposed calculation model can satisfy the required precision.
