摘  要:在1.1%NaOH、0.5%硅酸钠及6%乙醇的水溶液作为单晶硅太阳能电池制绒液的条件下,在制绒液中加入一定浓度的乳酸,考察其对制绒的影响。随着乳酸浓度在25ppm~400ppm范围内逐渐增大,可得到一系列金字塔尺寸逐渐减小,反射率逐渐减小的绒面。与不添加乳酸相比,反应时间由25min缩短至15min,金字塔尺寸由3um~10um下降至2um~5um左右,可达到快速高效制绒的目的。With the aqueous solution of 1. I%NaOH, 0.5%Na2SiO3 and 6% ethanol as texturing solution of monocrystalline silicon solar cell, some lactic acid was added in it and the lactic acid's role in the texturing was discussed. The pyramid sizes and the surface reflectivity were reduced with the increase of the concentration of the lactic acid in the range of 25-400ppm. Comparing with the etching process without lactic acid, the texturing time was reduced from 25 minutes to 15 minutes, and the pyramid sizes were reduced from 3-10um to 2-5um. With the lactic acid, the aim of rapid texturing of silicon was achieved.
