摘　　要：现阶段,在很多铁运公司,桶装沥青的装卸在从仓库到车之间的装卸主要以纯人工进行为主,成本高,工人的劳动强度大,且具有危险性,故设计一种装卸机,要求结构简单合理,可靠,且使用方便。该装卸机采用链式传动进行输送桶装沥青,利用滑轮省力机构改变两个支撑架的夹角起升装置,实现装卸;详细说明了传动系统的配置和具体结构设计,在Pro/E软件中建立并装配三维模型。将样机应用于实际装卸工作,取得了良好的社会效益和经济效益。At present,barreled asphalt is loaded and unloaded artificially from Storehouse to truck in many Railway Transport Corps.This way is not merely with high costs,great labor intensity and bad security.The loading-unloading machine designed has a simple structure and is convenient to use,chain transmission is used to transport and pulley block labour-saving mechanism used to lifting by changing the angle between two support frames.Specify the disposition of transmission system and structural design,build and assemble Pro/e 3D model.Meanwhile the good social economic benefits was gained as it be applied in practical.
