摘　　要：蒋梦麟是中国近代高等教育奠基人之一,他倡导学生自治教育,注重学生自我教育能力的培养。高扬学生主体性的教育思想及其实践,对更好地确立自主管理为高校学生工作的重要指导思想,反思当前高校学生工作面临的困境,重构学生工作队伍,在高校推行以服务为核心的学生自主管理,具有较强的现实启示意义。Jiang Menglin was one of the founders of modem higher education in China. He advocated students＇ self-ruling education and focused on cuhivating the ability of self-education. His promotion of students＇ self-ruling and its practice is insipiring in that it has strong practical significance for better establis- hing self-management as the important guiding ideology of university students＇ services, reflecting the current difficulties faced by university students＇ services, reconstructing students＇ services team, and implementing service as the core of students＇ self-management in the universities.
