摘　　要：石化企业生产过程具有连续性、平行性、比例性、节奏性和适应性的特点,对生产工艺过程的优化管理尤为重要。文中结合大庆石化公司的生产装置的实际运行情况,阐述了生产管理优化方案的实施过程,对今后的生产管理提出了相应的建议。The Productive process of petrochemical enterprise has characteristics of continuity , parallelism , proportionality , rhythmicity and adaptability , and the optimization management to the production process is especially important. Combined with the actual operation situation of the production plants in Daqing Petrochemical Company , this paper expounded the implementation process of production management optimization plan , and made relevant proposal for production management in the future.
