七叶灵颗粒结合化疗治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的临床研究

摘　　要：目的分析探讨七叶灵颗粒结合化疗治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)的临床疗效。方法将150例Ⅲ、Ⅳ期NSCLC患者随机分为治疗组(化疗+七叶灵颗粒)和对照组(单纯化疗)各75例。对照组仅给予化疗,治疗组采用化疗配合口服七叶灵颗粒,观察并比较两组化疗疗效、生存质量、生存期和化疗前后临床症状体征变化情况。结果两组化疗疗效差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗组的生存质量显著高于对照组(P<0.01);治疗组中位生存期21.6个月,显著高于对照组的13.7个月(P<0.05);治疗组临床症状体征较对照组改善明显(P<0.05)。结论七叶灵颗粒结合化疗能有效改善晚期非小细胞肺癌患者的生存质量、延长生存期和改善临床症状体征,可作为晚期肺癌带瘤患者长期维持治疗的理想途径。Objective To analysis the effects of Qiyeling Granule combined with chemotherapy in treating patients with advanced non-small-cell lung cancer（NSCLC）.Methods 150 stage Ⅲ and Ⅳ NSCLC patients were randomly divived into treated group and control group with 75 patients in each group.Treated group was treated by chemotherapy combined with Qiyeling Granule,while control group was treated with chemotherapy only.The effects of chemotherapy,life quality,survival time and changes of clinical symptoms and signs were observed before and after treatment.Results The effects of chemotherapy between 2 groups had no significant differences（P0.05）.The life quality in treatment group was higher than that in control group（P0.01）.The median survival time was 21.6 months in treatment group,which was higher than that in control group（13.7 months）;the difference had statistic significance（P0.05）.The clinical symptoms and signs in treatment group were improved than those in control group（P 0.05）.Conclusion Qiyeling Granule combined with chemotherapy has favorable effects in improving life quality,extending survival time and alleviating symptoms and signs on patients with advanced NSCLC,therefore it is ideal for long-term maintenance treatment.
