益气养阴方减轻肺癌放射治疗毒副反应疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察益气养阴方对肺癌放射治疗的减毒作用。方法将60例肺癌患者随机分为治疗组及对照组各30例,两组患者均进行常规分割放疗,治疗组在放疗第1天开始服用益气养阴方,对照组服用利可君片,2周后对其口干、咽痛、低热等症状及外周血液毒性和一般生活状况进行综合评价。结果两组患者的口干、咽痛、低热等症状及总分值比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。外周血中WBC、RBC、Hb和PLT治疗前后比较均无明显的下降,两组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。Karnofsky评分的显效率,益气养阴方组为78.3%,明显高于西药对照组的40.0%(P<0.05)。结论益气养阴方能明显改善肺癌患者的口干、咽痛、低热等症状,提高患者的一般生活状况,对肺癌放疗具有很好的减毒作用,值得在临床推广应用。Objective To study the effects of Qi-supplementing and Yin-nourishing formula on reducing the side effects of radiotherapy in lung cancer patients.Methods 60 patients were randomly divided into 2 groups： 30 patients in treatment group treated with Qi-supplementing and Yin-nourishing formula and 30 patients in control group treated with Leucogen tablets.Both groups were also treated with the conventional fraction radiotherapy.Patients took the drugs from the first day of radiotherapy and after 2 weeks they were evaluated comprehensively on their peripheral hematological toxicity,the scores of Karnofsky performance status and their symptoms,such as thirsty,throat sore,low fever,etc.Results There were significant differences of symptom scores including thirsty,sore throat,low fever between 2 groups（P0.05）.There were no significant differences of the counts of white blood cell,red blood cell,hemoglobin and platelet in peripheral blood before and after treatment and between 2 groups（P0.05）.The effective ratio of Karnofsky performance status in treatment group was 78.26%,which was obviously higher than that（40%） in control group（P0.05）.Conclusion Qi-supplementing and Yin-nourishing formula can relieve the patients＇ symptoms of thirsty,sore throat,low fever and etc.and improve life quality.It can reduce the side effects of radiotherapy in lung cancer patients and is worthy to be popularized clinically.
