摘  要:选取3种精炼处理后的植物绝缘油样品与库柏FR3变压器油一起进行周期为28 d的老化试验,测试各阶段的击穿电压、介质损耗、微水和酸值。结果表明:植物绝缘油经过老化之后其理化和电气性能都会出现不同程度的劣化,油样变质;不同种类的植物绝缘油的老化程度出现差异,以市售大豆油为原料制得的植物绝缘油的抗氧化性能与库柏FR3变压器油相当。Three types of vegetable insulating oil after refining treatment and FR3 transformer oil from Cooper were aged with 28 days of aging cycle, and their breakdown voltage, dielectric loss, micro-mois- ture content and acid value were tested. The results show that the physicochemical and electrical properties of different types of vegetable insulating oil after aging have different degrees of degradation and deterioration and show different degrees of aging; and the oxidation resistance of the vegetable insulting oil prepared by commercial soybean oil is as good as that of FR3 transformer oil from Cooper.
