摘　　要：新生代农民工比上一代农民工知识层次提高了,更加注重自身的发展,对知识、能力、发展期望有更清晰的认识和有更强烈的需求。在对新生代农民工进行教育培训时,应更新教育理念,符合新生代农民工知识文化水平的特点,培养其良好的学习习惯,把贴近生活的、与时代密切关系的内容与农民工教育内容联系起来,满足其更高层次的教育需求。The new generation of migrant workers has improved a lot than the previous one.They pay more attention to their own development.there is a strong demand a clearer understanding of knowledge,ability,and development expectations.Educational philosophy should be updated in line with the level of knowledge and cultural characteristics of the new generation of migrant workers during the training programme,and help them develop good study habits with close to life training materials and meet the needs of the higher level of the migrant workers.
