腹腔镜直肠癌根治术保留盆腔自主神经评价

摘　　要：目的研究腹腔镜下保留盆腔自主神经直肠癌根治术的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析2007-09—2011-09我院接受腹腔镜下直肠癌根治术98例患者,其中54例术中保留自主神经(观察组),44例术中不保留盆腔自主神经(对照组),比较排尿功能及性功能情况恢复情况。结果观察组术后排尿功能障碍、性功能障碍与对照组比较差异均有统计学意义(χ2=37.67,P<0.01;χ2=8.06,P<0.05),保留自主神经后排尿功能和性功能障碍的发生率更低。结论行保留盆腔自主神经的直肠癌根治术后患者盆腔自主神经功能良好,生存质量较高。Objective To explore clinical effect of pelvic autonomic nerve preservation in laparoscopic radical resection of rectal carcinoma.Methods From September 2007 to September 2011,98 patients with laparoscopic radical resection of rectal cancer in our hospital were reviewed and analyzed,of which 54 patients were treated by autonomic nerve preservation surgery（observation group）,and 44 patients with no pelvic autonomic nerve preservation（control group）.The recovery of bladder function and sexual function between the two groups was compared.Results In observation group,the improvement of bladder function and sexual function was better than that of control group,it has a statistical significance（χ2=37.67,P0.01;χ2= 8.06,P0.05）,and the incidence of urinary and sexual dysfunctions after autonomic nerve preservation was lower.Conclusion With pelvic autonomic nerve preservation in the radical resection of rectal carcinoma,the pelvic autonomic nerve has good functions after operation,and the life quality of patients is higher.
