关于中医坐堂医的几点法律问题探讨

摘　　要：中医坐堂医的存在与发展,在一定程度上为合理配置医疗资源、缓解人民群众"看病难、看病贵"问题提供了有益的补充。然而,在新时期中医坐堂医的传统优势展现出独特魅力的同时,也带来了新的法律规制的思考。通过法律的比较与反思,加强对中医坐堂医的监督管理,完善关于中医坐堂医执业的法律法规,使传统医学为人民群众提供更安全有效的服务和保障。The existence and development of Zuotang medicine, to some extent, provides a useful complement to the rational allocation of health care resources, and easing ＂difficult and expensive medical treatment＇. However, at the same time, the traditional advantage of Zuotang medicine also bring the thought of the new legal regulation. By comparison with the law, we think only through strengthening the supervision and management, and perfecting the laws and regulations of Zuotang medical practice, such a traditional medicine can provide the people with a safer and more effective services and protection.
