母鸡300日龄血清及蛋黄胆固醇浓度与蛋用性状的关系研究  被引量:4

摘  要:选用500只优质肉用母鸡,测定其300日龄时的血清胆固醇浓度(SCC)和蛋黄胆固醇浓度(YCC),通过聚类分析,将SCC和YCC分别分为差异显著的5组和4组,研究其与蛋用性状的关系。结果表明,SCC和YCC的变动范围分别为35~200mg/dL和10~22mg/g蛋黄。其变化趋势一致,但两者在母鸡300日龄时的相关较弱。随着SCC的显著增大,开产体重、300日龄产蛋量和孵化率大体上呈现先升后降的趋势,开产蛋重呈现增加趋势,120~145mg/dL组表现出最佳的产蛋量和孵化率。随着YCC的显著增大,开产日龄显著提前,300日龄蛋重和蛋黄重呈显著增加趋势(P<0.05)。其中,15~22mg/g蛋黄组开产日龄最早,受精蛋孵化率最低,300日龄蛋重和蛋黄重最大。适中的血清胆固醇浓度(120~145mg/dL)和蛋黄胆固醇浓度(11~15mg/g蛋黄)对蛋用性状有利。Five hundred hens of native meat breed were used to detected serum cholesterol concentration (SCC) and the yolk cholesterol concentration (YCC)at 300days of age,the range were 35 to 200 mg/dL and 10 to 22 mg/g yolk respectively. With Cluster analysis, SCC and YCC were divided to 5 and 4 significant-difference groups to study the relationship with egg traits. The results showed that variation trends of SCC and YCC were same, and the correlation between SCC and YCC at 300 days of age was weak With the significantly increasing of SCC,body weight at first laying,egg number to 300 days of age (EN3) and hatchability increased first and decreased afterwards on the whole; but the weight of first egg increased all the time. In comparison, 120 to 145 mg/dl SCC group showed bestEN3 and hatchability. With the markedly increasing of YCC,the age at first egg displayed remarkably shorten trend, egg weight and yolk weight at 300 days of age was significantly increased on the whole (P〈O.05). Among the groups, 120 to 145 mg/dL SCC group had the earliest laying age, the lowest hatchability of fertilized eggs, the biggest egg weight and yolk weight at 300 days of age. Overall the moderate of SCC (120 to 145 mg/dL)and YCC (11 to 15 mg/g yolk) were benefit to egg traits.
