摘  要:采用环氧大豆油(ESO)对环氧无溶剂绝缘漆进行共混改性,研究了ESO的用量对环氧的稀释性以及它们之间的相容性,并确定了ESO的最佳用量和改性环氧无溶剂绝缘漆的固化工艺。结果表明:加入适量ESO后可明显降低绝缘漆的成本和粘度,提高工艺适用性,虽然耐热性略有降低,但仍能满足绝缘漆对耐热性能、绝缘性能以及适用期的要求。ESO的最佳用量为6%。An epoxy solventless insulating varnish was blending modified by epoxidized soybean oil (ESO), and the dilution effect of ESO amount on the epoxy and the compatibility between ESO and ep- oxy were studied, and then the optimum amount of ESO and curing process of the modified epoxy sol- ventless insulating varnish were determined. The results show that adding appropriate amount of ESO can significantly reduce the cost and viscosity of the insulating varnish and improve the process applicability. Although the heat-resistance of the insulating varnish reduces slightly, the insulating varnish can also satis- fy the requirements of heat-resistance, insulating properties and pot life. The optimum amount of ESO is 6%.
