摘  要:采用精练酶DM-8654对棉针织物进行精练,筛选了适合的配套渗透剂,并利用正交实验法对影响酶精练效果的渗透剂用量、pH值、温度和处理时间4个因素进行了优化,测试了酶处理后织物的白度、毛效、布面亲水性以及果胶去除率。结果表明,高浓精练剂DM-1361是最适合的渗透剂,且温度是最主要的影响因素,棉针织物精练酶DM-8654精练最优工艺条件为:精练酶DM-8654用量1.0 g/L,高浓精练剂DM-1361用量0.3 g/L,pH值7,温度60~80℃,处理时间60 min。In this article, Scouring Enzyme DM-8654 is used in bio-scouring process of cotton knitted fabrics, the corresponding penetrating agent is chosen. Meanwhile, the factors of penetrating agent dosage, pH value, temperature and hours in orthogonal experiment on bio-scouring effect are optimized, and then the whiteness, capillary effect, hydrophilic of fabrics and the removal rate of pectinase are tested. The results show that High Concentration Scouring Agent DM-1361 is the most suitable penetrating agent, while temperature is the main effect on the bioscouring process, the optimum conditions for cotton knitted fabrics scouring by Scouring Enzyme DM-8654 are: dosage of Biological Refining Enzyme DM-8654 is 1.0 g/L, dosage of High Concentration Scouring Agent DM-1361 is 0.3 g/L, pH value is 7, at 60-80℃ for 60 minutes.
