加味逍遥散治疗围绝经期妇女干眼症的疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨加味逍遥散治疗围绝经期妇女干眼症的临床疗效。方法对34例干眼症患者采用加味逍遥散联合聚乙二醇滴眼液治疗。观察34例患者治疗前和治疗后2、4周干眼症症状(视疲劳、干涩感、异物感、烧灼感、畏光、疼痛、流泪、眼红)评分、角膜FL评分及BUT、SIT检测的情况。结果 34例患者中,治疗后4周,7例患者疼痛较治疗前无明显改善(P>0.05),而34例患者视疲劳、干涩感、32例患者烧灼感、11例患者畏光、9例患者眼红均较治疗前明显改善(均P<0.05),34例患者角膜FL评分值及BUT、SIT值均较治疗前明显改善(均P<0.05)。结论采用加味逍遥散治疗围绝经期妇女干眼症可显著改善眼部症状,且无明显的不良反应,具有临床应用价值。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of modified xiaoyaosan in perimenopausal women with xerophthalmia. Methods Thirty-four perimenopausal women with xerophthalmia were treated with modified xiaoyaosan and polyethylene glycol eye drops. Patients were evaluated using Xerophthalmia symptom score （fatigue, dryness sensation, foreign body sensation, burning sensation, photophobia, pain, dacryorrhea and redness）, corneal fluorescein staining （FL）, Schirmer test （SIT） and tear film break-up time （BUT）before and 2 and 4 weeks after treatment. Results Among the 34 patients, seven patients achieved no significant improvement in pain （P〉0.05）,eye fatigue and dryness sensation were relieved in 34, burning sensation in 32, photophobia in 7 and redness in 9 patients 4 weeks after treatment （all P〈0.05）. In addition, corneal FL score, BUT value and SIT value were significantly improved in all patients after treatment （all P〈0.05 ）. Conclusion The modified xiaoyaosan is valuable for improving ocular symptoms and has no obvious adverse reactions in perimenopausal women with xerophthalmia.
