大学生就业指导现状与社会化路径分析

摘　　要：高校毕业生就业工作是一项涉及政府、学校、社会等多方面因素的系统工程。随着社会的转型和体制的转轨,原有的就业指导工作已不能适应新形势下就业工作的需要,急需构建一套完备的大学生就业指导体系。针对高校就业指导工作的现状及存在的问题,探讨了大学生就业指导体系的社会化路径,以期解决高校大学生就业难问题,增进大学生社会化和高校管理现代化。Employment of college graduates is a system engineering related to government, schools, sociaty and other factors. Along with the social transformation and system transition, the original employment guidance can not meet the new situation, which urgently needs to build a complete social career system. With the scientific development view as a guide based on its status and problems existing in university employment guidance this paper makes active probe into the socialization in career guidance, guidance contents, and career guidance platform to resolve the employment of college graduates and promote its socialzation as well as the mod- ernization in college management.
