网络环境下大学生非正式群体的干预策略研究

摘　　要：随着网络的普及和应用,大学生非正式群体的组织发展更复杂、作用发挥更强大,需制定一定的干预策略加以引导:首先要全面认识大学生非正式群体;然后要尽力满足大学生各种合理需求,如过渡期的心理需求、温暖的学习生活环境、政治参与热情,全面发展需要、参与愿望等;最后要注重引导的方式方法,对积极型和中间型非正式群体加以正确引导,用其所长,对消极型甚至破坏型非正式群体做好说服教育工作,趋利避害,最大限度地发挥大学生非正式群体的积极作用。With popularization and application of network, the iniormat groups oi cull^s~ students are more complex in organizational development and play a more powerful role. Therefore, they are supposed to be guided by the intervention strategies in three aspects of making comprehensive understanding of the informal groups, trying to meet the reasonable needs of the college students in their psychology of the transitional period, warm learning envi- ronment, enthusiasm of participating in political campaigns, all-round development, participa- tion desire, etc. and paying attention to their guidance manners, by enhancing correct guidance to the positive and neutral groups, making use of their advantages, persuading and instructing the negative and destructive groups to minimize problems and maximize the positive role of the informal groups of college students.
