摘　　要：对2012年中国水产品质量安全监管工作形势进行了总结和分析。2012年产地和市场水产品抽检合格率分别为98.5%和96.9%,同比分别提高0.2%和0.1%。在2012年底和2013年初农业部统一组织的全国农产品质量安全监督抽查中,水产品合格率为100%,表明中国养殖水产品总体上是安全的。最后,对2013年全国水产品质量安全监管工作提出了总体工作思路。The Chinese aquaculture products quality and safety supervision and management situation in 2012 were summarized and analyzed. In 2012, qualified rates of products by sampling from farms and markets were 98.5% and 96.9%, respectively, which were 0.2% and 0.1% higher than those of 2011. During the end of 2012 and early 2013, the MOA organized agricultural products sampling in the country, and the qualified rate of aquaculture products was 100%. The data above indicates that the Chinese aquaculture products are generally safe. In addition, the overall work plan for 2013 national aquaculture products quality and safety supervision was presented.
