摘 要:为研究有机氯农药对水产品食用安全性的影响,利用GC-ECD检测某市市场中水产品的有机氯农药残留。发现8种有机氯农药在所有水产品中残留量均不高,符合国家食品中农药的最大残留限量。利用健康风险评价模型对该地区水产品中OCPs所致健康风险进行评价,发现致癌风险指数(CRI)在(1.05~21.1)×10-6之间,均低于10-4,为可接受的致癌风险。接触风险指数(ERI)在(1.533~17.02)×10-3之间,均小于1,是可接受的暴露风险。这说明该市水产品中有机氯农药对人体健康的风险处于较低水平,所检测水产品中有机氯农药残留不会对人体产生明显的健康危害。In order to study the effect of organochlorine pesticides on the aquatic products safety, detection of the or- ganoehlorine pesticide residues of the aquatic products in the market of a certain city was conducted by using GC - ECD technology. The residue of 8 kinds of OCPs in aquatic products was not high, which conformed to the maximun residue limits for pesticides in food of China ( GB 2763--2005 ). Based on the model of health risk assessment, the carcinogenic risk index(CRI) was (1.05 -21.1 ) ×10^-6, which were below 10^-4 and could be regarded as accepta- ble risk of carcinogenic. The exposure risk index(ERI) was (1. 533 -17.02) × 10^-3, which were all below 1 and could be regarded as acceptable risk of exposure. It was indicated that the health risk caused by the OCPs was low in the aquatic products of a certain city and the OCPs in the aquatic products would not cause obvious health hazard to human beings.
