摘 要:芯体是全热交换器的重要组成部分,是全热交换器进行热质交换的关键构件。对平板流道、三角流道翅片不导热、三角流道翅片导热3种情况下,全热交换器的热质交换进行了有限元模拟分析,结果表明:由于二次换热面的存在,三角流道翅片导热时,全热交换器的显热效率以及焓效率明显优于其他两种情况;而当进口风速大于0.8 m/s后,三角流道翅片不导热条件下的焓效率逐渐地略优于平板流道的焓效率,这主要是由于前者的潜热效率随着风速的增加而减少的幅度要小于平板流道造成的。The total heat exchanger core is the key part for the exchange of heat and mass of the total heat exchanger. In the present work, finite element simulations were performed with three different structures of the total heat exchanger channel, including rectangle channel, triangular channel with thermal isolation fin and triangular channel with thermal condnct fin. The results conclude the triangular channel with thermal coudnct fin shows better sensible heat efficiency and the enthalpy efficiency than others because of the thermal conduct of the fin. With the increase of the inlet air speed, the enthalpy efficiency of triangular channel with thermal isolation fin becomes better than the rectangle channel's, which mainly because the loss of velocity in the former is bigger than the latter.
