摘　　要：目的构建科学、合理、适合我国国情的手术室专科护士胜任力模型,为手术室专科护士的选拔、培训、评价提供参考。方法在半结构访谈及问卷调查的基础上,初步构建手术室专科护士胜任力指标,运用德尔菲法对30名手术室相关领域专家进行函询。结果专家的积极系数、权威程度及协调程度满足德尔菲法研究标准;构建的手术室专科护士胜任力模型包含专业知识、专业能力、专业态度、个人特质4个维度,22项胜任力及行为指标,并确定各指标的权重。结论手术室专科护士胜任力模型结果可靠,可作为手术室专科护士选拔、培训、考核的参考标准。Objective To formulate a scientific and reasonable competency model for operating-room nurse specialist,and to provide references for selection,training,and evaluation of operating-room nurse specialist in China.Methods Items of competency for operating-room nurse specialist were established with semi-structured interviewing and questionnaire survey,and then 30 operating room experts were consulted by using Delphi technique.Results Questionnaire response rates,the authority coefficients of experts and coordination coefficients met requirements of the Delphi technique.The competency model consisted of 4 subscales（pro-fessional knowledge,skills,attitude,and personal traits）,22 competency items and behavioral parameters,and index weights were determined.Conclusion The competency model is reliable and valid,which can provide references for selection,training and evaluation of operating-room nurse specialist.
