摘 要:目的探讨APN排班模式对护士激素水平、心理健康的影响,以评估APN排班模式的利弊。方法将300名护士按病区分为传统组和APN组各150名,传统组按传统排班方式,APN组采取APN排班。结果 APN组护士血清皮质醇浓度和血清促甲状腺激素明显低于传统组(均P<0.01);APN组护士SCL-90评分(除外偏执因子)及患者满意度显著优于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论实施APN排班模式对护士的生理节律影响小,有助于维持护士身心健康,提高患者满意度。Objective To explore the effect of APN shift arrangement on nurses′hormone levels and mental states,and to weight the pros and cons of the shift arrangement method.Methods Totally,300nurses were commensurately divided into a control group and an APN group,either working on traditional shifts or on APN shifts.Results Serum cortisol concentration and thyroid-stimulating hormone levels,and dimension scores of SCL-90(except the dimension of paranoid ideation)in the APN group were significantly lower than in the control group;patients were more satisfied with the APN group than with the control group(P0.05,P 0.01).Conclusion The APN shift arrangement exerts minimal effect on nurses′physiological rhythm,helps them maintain mental and physical health,and improves patient satisfaction.
