摘 要:某公司采用紫外线杀菌技术对炼油厂循环水进行杀菌处理,在国内同行业中尚属首次成功应用。实践证明,经紫外线杀菌系统处理后循环水中异氧菌个数平均为1×103,优于药剂杀菌效果近100倍,完全达到循环水异氧菌数的指标要求,该系统的运行成本较低,每吨循环水处理成本仅为0.012元,取得了较好的效果。紫外线杀菌技术在炼油厂循环冷却水系统中的成功应用,为传统的工业循环水杀菌工艺提出了一条新的技术路径。A company used ultraviolet sterilization technology to treat circulating cooling water in refinery and good results have been achieved. It was the first successful application of the said technology in petroleum industry. According to the practical engineering results, the average number of heterotrophic bacteria in the circulating water that had been treated by ultraviolet sterilization technology was 1× 10^3, which indicated that the bactericidal effect of ultraviolet sterilization technology was about 100 times higher than that of the bactericidal agent, and the heterotrophic bacteria index of the effluent water fully met the relevant standard of circulating water. Besides, the operating cost of the said system was low, and the circulating water treatment cost was only 0.012 yuan per ton. It could be seen that, using ultraviolet sterilization technology to treat circulating water could achieve good effect. The successful application of ultraviolet sterilization technology in circulating cooling water system of refinery showed that, the said technology could be a new technical path for industrial circulating water sterilization.
