摘　　要：人文精神关系到一个社会的价值导向，同时也关系到一个民族的民族精神的塑造，而宁波帮精神中的诸多因子可以为大学生人文精神的培养提供滋养。文章在探讨大学生人文精神现状的基础上，梳理了宁波帮精神中的人文资源，提出了基于宁波帮精神重塑大学生人文精神的对策。Humanistic spirit is related to the value orientation of a society,and also to creation of a national spirit. It provides training to help nourish and many factors in Ningbo spirit for the humane spirit of College students. Based on the basis of humanistic spirit of college students,combing the spirit of Ningbo group in human resources,this paper puts forward some countermeasures for Ningbo to help the remodeling of the spirit of humanistic spirit in college students based on.
