摘 要:为了研究金属陶瓷涂层缸套表面的抗磨性能,采用SRVⅣ摩擦磨损试验机,模拟活塞环—气缸套的工况条件,测量缸套试样的动态摩擦因数和磨损深度,并通过扫描电镜探测和金相分析,观察磨损表面形貌。结果表明,喷涂缸套的温度升高和无润滑状态都会增加摩擦因数和磨损率,在400N重载下摩擦因数能迅速趋于平稳,在80℃和99℃时,磨损率仅为3.08×10-6 mm3/(N.m)和8.76×10-6 mm3/(N.m)。干摩擦时喷涂缸套的磨损率为2.76×10-5 mm3/(N.m),而普通缸套在载荷降至200N时磨损率已达1.38×10-4 mm3/(N.m)。缸套与高铬渗碳环配对的磨损形式表现为塑性变形,而与磷化铸铁环配对时出现黏着磨损。与200N相比,在400N载荷的摩擦试验后缸套表面粗糙度Ra值下降的幅值较小,但轮廓支承长度率较大。硬度值差别过大的两种材料不适宜作摩擦副配对材料。In order to investigate the antiwear property of metal ceramic coating on the surface of cylinder liner, a SRV IV wear tester was used to measure the dynamic friction coefficient and wear depth of cylinder liner sample by simulating working condition of cylinder liner and piston ring. The worn surface topography was observed through the scanning electron microscope and metallography. The results show that both temperature rise and unlubricated working will increase the friction coefficient and wear rate. The friction coefficient can be quickly stabilized at 400 N loading wear. At 80 ℃ and 99℃, the wear rates were 3.08×10-6 mm3/(N.m) and 8. 76 ×10-6 mm3/(N .m) respectively. In the dry friction condition, the wear rate ofcoatedcylinder liner was 2.76×10-5 mm3/(N.m). However, the wear rate of common cylinder liner had reached 1.38×10-4 mm3/(N.m) at 200 N loading wear. The wear form of cylinder liner showed plastic deformation when pairing with the high-chromium carburizing ring and adhesive wear when pairing with the cast iron phosphide ring. Compared with 200 N loading wear, the surface of cylinder liner roughness Ra decreased less at 400 N loading wear, but the profile bear- ing length ratio was larger. Different materials with large difference in hardness value were not suitable for the friction pairs.
