小组管理模式干预脑瘫流涎的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察小组管理模式干预脑瘫流涎的临床疗效，以便为脑瘫流涎提供更多的治疗方法。方法随机抽取2011年在遵义荣军康复医院住院行常规治疗的流涎脑瘫患儿30例，设为对照组，行回顾性分析。自2012年1月始，入院治疗的脑瘫流涎患儿30例在以往常规治疗基础上，采用小组管理模式对流涎进行干预，设为观察组。结果观察组有效率为90．0％，对照组有效率为66．7％，两组比较，有显著差异性（p〈0．05）。结论小组管理模式干预脑瘫患儿流涎，可提高治疗有效率。Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of cerebral palsy salivate group management mode of intervention, so as to provide more treatment for cerebral palsy salivate. Methods Randomly selected 2011 in zunyi disabled soldier salivate cerebral palsy rehabilitation hospital to undergo treatment, 30 cases as control group, were retrospectively analyzed. Since January 2012, 30 cases of hospitalized children with cerebral palsy salivate in previous based on regular treatment, using group management mode of intervention to salivate, set as observation group. Results Observation group effective rate was 90.0%, control group effective rate was 66.7%, two groups of comparison, there are significant differences （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Intervention in children with cerebral palsy salivate group management mode, can improve the treatment efficiency.
