溃疡性结肠炎患者小肠黏膜病变研究

摘　　要：目的探讨溃疡性结肠炎患者小肠黏膜病变情况。方法 30例溃疡性结肠炎和25例健康体检者分别作为观察组和对照组,应用胶囊内镜检查评估两组间小肠病变的差异,并分析胶囊内镜检查评分与溃疡性结肠炎疾病活动指数的相关关系。结果 30例溃疡性结肠炎患者中,16例有小肠病变,9例有糜烂,明显高于对照组的5例与1例(P<0.05)。胶囊内镜检查评分与溃疡性结肠炎疾病活动指数呈正相关(r=0.861,P<0.01)。结论溃疡性结肠炎是一种慢性炎症性肠道疾病,不仅局限于结直肠黏膜病变,也可累及小肠。Abstract： Objective To investigate the small intestine mucosal lesions of patients with ulcerative colitis（UC）.Methods A total of 30 UC patients and 25 healthy controls were enrolled in this study.Intestinal lesions were detected by capsule endoscopy,and the correlation of capsule endoscopy scoring index with UC disease activity index was analyzed.Results Of 30 UC patients,16 showed smallbowel lesions,and 9 had erosions.Incidences of small-bowel lesions and erosions were significantly higher in UC group than those in control group （P 〈0.05）.The capsule endoscopy score was positively correlated with the UC disease activity index （r =0.861,P 〈0.01）.Conclusion Ulcerative colitis is a chronic inflammatory bowel disease,and is not limited to colorectal mucosal lesions,but also involved in the small intestine.
