四手操作减轻根管治疗约诊期间疼痛的临床作用研究

摘　　要：目的评价采用四手操作对减轻根管治疗中约诊期间疼痛的临床效果。方法选择来我院就诊需要做根管治疗的患者262例共计273颗牙为受试对象,随机分成观察组(n=127)和对照组(n=135),观察在约诊期间的疼痛程度。结果四手操作法应用于根管治疗中约诊期间疼痛的发生率5.51%,明显低于对照组12.59%(P<0.05)。结论四手操作能有效预防根管治疗期间疼痛的发生,同时可提高医疗质量,让患者得到更加满意的服务。Objective The clinical effect evaluation of the four-hand operation to relieve pain during the root canal therapy appointment.Methods Selection to our hospital do root canal therapy in 262 patients with a total of 273 teeth as subjects,randomly divided into test group（n=127）and control group（n=135）,observed in the degree of pain during the appointment.Results Four-handed operation method used in root canal therapy appointments during pain incidence of 5.51%,significantly lower than the 12.59% of the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion Four hand operation is effective in the prevention of endodontic interappointment pain occurs,and can improve the quality of medical care,so that patients are more satisfied with the services.
