摘 要:目的观察视神经损伤后氨基胍与神经节细胞凋亡的关系。方法取健康大白兔40只,随机分为二组,损伤盐水组A组20只为对照组,损伤药物治疗组B组20只为实验组,A组兔子双眼作视神经损伤模型后,B组给予氨基胍药物治疗,剂量每只兔子100mg/kg,2次/d,B组相同时间给予生理盐水10ml/kg。分别于造模后1,3,7,14,21d随机处死A组4只兔子,B组4只兔子,检测凋亡的视网膜神经节细胞数,观察神经节细胞病理形态学变化。结果视神经损伤后盐水组凋亡的视网膜神经节细胞显著多于对照组,治疗组凋亡的视网膜神经节细胞数明显低于盐水组,且差异具有统计学意义。结论 AG可减少外伤后视网膜神经节细胞的凋亡,保护视神经。Objective To observe the optic nerve of aminoguanidine and ganglion cell apoptosis after injury.Methods A total of 40 healthy rabbits which were established a model of optic nerve injury randomly divided into two groups,20 rabbits in each group.Control group(group A)was treated with NS10ml/kg,treatment group(group B)was treated with Aminoguanidine 100mg/kg,2 times/day.4 rabbits were executed respectively in group A and group B at 1,3,7,14,21 days,other 4 rabbits as the control,the apoptosis of retinal ganglion cells were counted,and the pathological changes of ganglion cells were observed.Results The apoptosis number of retinal ganglion cells in NS group were increase than control after nerve injury,the apoptosis number of retinal ganglion cells in treatment group was significantly lower than that in NS group,and the difference was significant.Conclusion Aminoguanidine can reduce the apoptosis of retinal ganglion cells after trauma and protect the optic nerve.
