摘　　要：利用面阵CCD和计算机数字化技术建立针对钢板尺寸的自动检测分析系统。阐述了该系统的关键技术,包括图像采集、匹配、边缘采集等。实验表明,该系统具有功能实用、操作方便,高精度优点,其检测精度<0.05 mm,满足现代工业检测精度。In this paper, a plate size automatic testing and analysis system is established by using the array CCD and computer digital technology. The key technologies of image acquisition, matching, and edge acquisition are elaborated in the system. Experimental results show that the system is practical, easy to operate with high preci- sion. The detection accuracy is better than 0. 05 mm, which meets the needs of modern industrial inspection.
