摘 要:目的分析ICU内对医护人员进行预防中心静脉导管相关性血流感染教育的效果。方法对ICU内新入职人员和所有医护人员进行导管相关性血流感染预防相关知识和方法的教育,感染控制护士床边观察实际操作,并监测中心静脉导管感染率和导管使用率;教育干预分3个阶段:教育前(2009年11月-2010年4月),教育阶段(2010年5月)和教育后(2010年6-11月),比较教育前后中心静脉导管相关性血流感染率和导管使用率。结果干预后中心静脉导管使用率从71.93%降至60.15%,干预前后差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),中心静脉导管相关性血流感染率从5.90‰降至2.63‰,干预前后差异无统计学意义。结论对医护人员进行常规培训,再教育和依从性监测应作为医院感染预防策略的一部分。OBJECTIVE To discuss the effect of education on the prevention of catheter-related blood stream infections(CRBSI)in ICU.METHODS The new staff and all health care workers in ICU were educated pertinence on CRBSI prevention knowledge and procedures.The patients with intravascular catheters were monitored daily,the operation procedures were observed by the infection control nurses.The catheter usage rate and the incidence of CRBSI were monitored and recorded.The education program was divided into 3separate stages:preeducation(November 2009-April 2010),education(May 2010),and posteducation(June-November 2010).The incidence of CRBSI and the usage rate between the pre-education period and posteducation period were compared.RESULTS After the interventions,the usage rate of catheter dropped from 71.93% to 60.15%,the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.01),and the incidence of CRBSI decreased from 5.90‰ to 2.63‰,the difference was not statistically significant.CONCLUSIONThe routine training,reeducation and compliance monitoring should be regarded as a part of the prevention strategies for nosocomial infections.
