摘 要:针对目前带式输送机驱动装置存在的问题,提出了一种新型可控变速装置设计方案,即利用液压传动系统通过蜗轮蜗杆机构对行星齿轮机构的输出转速进行控制,实现带式输送系统的可控软启动。分析了大功率带式输送机对驱动装置的要求,给出了理想的启动速度和加速度曲线,并确定了软启动控制策略,设计了比例节流阀驱动电路,实现了系统的可控软启动和软停车,以满足带式输送机整体动态特性。试验测试结果表明,该装置软启动性能优良,是大运量、长距离带式输送机比较理想的驱动装置。In view of the existing problems of the drive for the belt conveyor, the design scheme of a novel controlled variable speed transmission for the belt conveyor was proposed. In the transmission, the hydraulic transmission system was used to control the output speed of the planetary gear mechanism through the worm gear, so as to realize the controllable soft start-up of the belt conveyor. In addtion, the requirements of large- power belt conveyor for the drive were analyzed, and ideal curve of starting speed and acceleration were offered. Moreover, the soft start-up control strategy and the driving circuit of proportional throttle valve were designed, thus the controllable soft start-up and soft halt were realized so as to meet the dynamic characteristcs of the belt conveyor. Test results showed that the transmission was characterized by excellent soft starting performance, and was the ideal drive for large-capacity and long-distance belt conveyor.
