摘 要:提出了一种融合筒体振动的球磨机瞬态响应建模方法。首先,以筒体振动表征料位,基于现场动态响应特性试验,分别研究了不同输入扰动作用下系统的阶跃响应特性;其次,在数据平滑基础上,基于最小二乘法辨识算法获得了球磨机系统在稳态工作点附近的传递函数矩阵;最后,根据多变量控制的回路配对原理,计算耦合回路的相对增益序列,分析了系统的耦合配对问题,为进一步研究系统的控制方法提供了指导和依据。A method for transient response modeling of the ball mill considering vibration of the mill shell was proposed. Firstly, the charge level was indicated by vibration signals of the mill shell, and the step response characteristics of the system at various input interference were separately studied based on on-site test for dynamic response characteristics. Secondly, the transfer function matrix of the ball mill near the stable operating point was obtained based on the least square method after data being smoothly and normalized processed. Finally, based on the the coupling theory of multi-variable controlled circuits, the relative gain array of the coupling circuit was calculated, and coupling problems were analyzed. The study offered guidance and references for further studying the ball mill control method.
