摘 要:为了提高柔性空气室跳汰机系统运行的可靠性、安全性,分析了系统振动情况,并进行了振动控制方案可行性研究。介绍了柔性空气室跳汰机系统的组成与原理,重点分析了气柱振动、气流脉动对系统振动的影响,找到了气流脉动是影响跳汰机系统产生强烈振动的主要原因。采用增加管道支承、设置气流阻力元件等减振措施对系统进行改造,验证了减振控制方案的可行性。结果表明,该方案取得了良好的减振效果,为跳汰机系统的设计、安装提供了技术参考。In order to improve the reliability and safety of the flexible air chamber jig system, the paper analyzed the jig system vibration and studied the feasibility of the vibration control scheme. After introducing the constitution and the working principle of the flexible air chamber jig system, it emphasized the influences of air column vibration and air pulsation on the jig system vibration, and identified the air pulsation to be the leading factor causing the fierce vibration of the jig system. Thus, pipeline support was added and airflow resistant elements were fitted, so as to reconstruct the jig system. And then the feasibility of vibration control scheme was verified. The results showed that the excellent vibration control effects were obtained by applying the scheme, which offered technical references for the design and installation of the jig system.
