摘 要:采用MATLAB优化设计的方法,对水力旋流器结构参数进行优化设计,得到了达到目标要求分离粒度的旋流器结构参数。利用FLUENT软件进行数值模拟,对优化前后的水力旋流器分别建立了数学模型,并计算其流场,集中探讨了旋流器中的空气柱、切向速度对旋流器分离效果的影响,对比研究了2种模型对目标分离粒度区间的分离效果。结果表明,优化后的模型分离精度高于优化前的模型,进一步验证了该方法针对某种介质特定分离粒度的水力旋流器的优化设计是可行的。The optimization design of the hydrocyclone structural parameters was conducted by using MATLAB, and the parameters were obtained by which separated particle size met the specified target. FLUENT was applied to separately establish the mathematical model of original hydrocyclone and optimized one, and calculate the flow field. Moreover, influences of the air column and the tangential velocity of the hydrocyclone on separation efficiency of the hydrocyclone were discussed, and the separation effects of the two models during the target separated particle size range were contrasted. The results showed that the optimized model was superior to the original one in separation precision, which verified the feasibility of the optimization design of the hydrocyclone aiming at a certain specific medium separation granularity.
