摘 要:运用旁支付契约可以解决寄售模式下基于批发价格契约的供应链协调问题。以单供应商和单零售商组成的两级供应链为研究对象,分别建立了寄售价格契约下的集中决策和分散决策模型,并比较了这两种情形下的最优决策和均衡收益。对于分散决策情形下的供应链绩效损失,通过在寄售价格契约中引入旁支付来实现供应链协调,并运用Rubinstein讨价还价模型求解旁支付契约参数,解决了已有相关文献未能有效考虑供应链收益增量分配合理性和公平性的问题。结果表明,基于批发价格的旁支付契约能完全实现寄售模式下的供应链协调。A side-payment contract to coordination supply chain profits under consignment mode was proposed.A centralized decision-making and a decentralized decision-making model under consignment price contract were formulated respectively.Furthermore,a comparison of the equilibrium results of the two models was given.Side-payment was introduced to coordinate the supply chain profits loss under decentralized decision-making model.Rubinstein bargain model was used to solve the side-payment parameter,resolving the problem that some literatures do not consider the rationality and fairness of allocation of profits increase.It is found that consignment price contract with side-payment can fully coordinate the supply chain.
