摘　　要：采用最新一代可编程自动化控制器APAX5520CE等工控模块,针对船舶压缩机油水分离器自动吹除问题,设计出一种结构紧凑、安全可靠、具有较高智能化和自动化水平的新型自动吹除控制系统。介绍了系统功能、控制流程、软硬件结构等方面的设计与技术实现。Aimed at the automatic blowing problem of shipboard oil-water separator unit, function of system, control progress, software and hardware, a new automatic blowoff controlled system with structural compact, safe credibility and upper intellectualize is designed by using the industrial control module of the streamlined programmable automatic controller of APAX552OCE. The design and technological realization of system function, control progress, software and hardware are introduced.
