摘 要:人们参加运动是为了增进身心健康,然而在运动过程中往往会伴随着运动损伤.在排球教学中,学生运动损伤发生率较高,损伤多发生在腕、肩、腰等部位.损伤的直接原因是学生准备活动不充分,场地器械、气候状况不良,技术动作错误,缺乏科学的训练方法,运动量太大造成过度疲劳、缺乏保护和自我保护以及身体素质差等,应引起体育教师的重视.针对以上运动损伤的发生原因,有针对性地提出预防措施,力求减少运动损伤的发生,为今后更好地完成教学和训练提供参考.People participate in sport in order to enhance the physical and mental health; however, sports are often accompanied by sports injuries. In the teaching of volleyball, there are more sports injuries occurring in the wrist, shoulder, waist and other parts of the students. The direct reasons of the injuries are different, such as inadequate warming-up, inappropriate site and equipment conditions, poor weather, wrong technical movements, the lack of scientific training methods, severe strain due to excessive amount of exercise, the lack of protection and self-protection, as well as poor physical condition of the students, all of which should arouse PE teachers' great attention. For the above causes of sports iniuries, PE teachers should bring out some preventive measures so as to reduce sports injuries, therefore, its teaching process can go more smoothly and some valuable references can be obtained for the future PE teaching.
