西海固地区农村女性政治参与现状实证研究——以M村和N村为例

摘　　要：女性的政治参与是政治民主化的标志之一,虽然我国宪法和相关法律都有相关规定保障女性政治、经济和文化等方面的权利,但通过大量的文献研究发现我国农村女性尤其是少数民族地区农村女性的政治参与状况仍然不容乐观。通过对西海固穆斯林地区农村女性的实证研究,从文化程度、传统观念和利益机制等方面较为深入地分析了影响农村女性政治参与的因素,以此得出结论并提出推动民族地区农村女性政治参与的对策建议。Women＇s political participation is one of the symbols of the political democratization. Although Chinese Constitution and relevant laws have introduced certain provisions to protect the political, economic and cultural rights of the women in China, yet from the latest documents and statistics we can see that the status quo of political participation of women living in rural areas of China is still not optimistic, especially for women from ethnic groups. This article is based on the investigations and interviews of the women living in Xihaigu area, Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region. From the perspective of cultural level, traditional concept and benefit mechanism, this paper analyzes the factors which influ- ence the political participation of the women in rural areas; therefore, we can draw the conclusion and put forward suggestions for promoting political participation of women living in the countryside of China.
