摘 要:针对增压汽油机压缩比提高后可能出现的"回火、爆震"问题,利用AVL EXCITE和AVL BOOST软件分别建立发动机的配气机构及整机仿真模型。重新设计气门重叠角较小(40°CA、30°CA、10°CA)的气门升程曲线,研究新的配气相位对发动机性能的影响。模拟结果表明,优化后的凸轮型线在一定程度上改善了原机配气机构的运动学和动力学特性;当气门重叠角从50°CA到10°CA依次减小时,发动机的动力性和经济性相对于原机有所提高,并在30°CA气门重叠角时达到最优。In order to avoid the "backfire and knock" occurred when the compression ratio is increased in the turbocharged gasoline engine,AVL EXCITE and AVL BOOST are adopted to set up the model of the valve train and gasoline engine respectively.It redesigns the valve lift curve with smaller overlap angles(40 ℃A、30 ℃A、10 ℃A) to research on how valve timing influence on the engine performance.It shows that the CAM contour which is after optimization improves the machine kinematics and dynamics characteristics to a certain extent.The engine performance and fuel economy are improved relatively to the original machine when valve overlap angle are reduced from 50 ℃A to 10 ℃A.And the engine performance is the best when the valve overlap angle is 30 ℃A.
