摘　　要：介绍了农作物秸秆栽培食用菌在循环农业中的作用和意义;从原料准备、营养料配方、播种发菌、出菇期管理、采收等方面,介绍了农作物秸秆栽培食用菌的工艺流程;具体介绍了利用农作物秸秆生产双孢菇、鸡腿菇和草菇的技术要点。The role and significance of edible fungus cultivation with crop straw in the circular agriculture were introduced, the technological process of edible fungus cultivation with crop straw from the aspects of raw material preparation, nutritional formula, planting mushroom, fruiting period management and harvest were elaborated, and the technical points of cultivation of Agaricus bisporus, Coprinus comatus and Straw mushroom with crop straw were introduced in detail.
