摘  要:采用喷雾干燥-固相烧结法制备锂离子电池正极材料LiFePO4,用XRD、SEM、激光粒度分析仪和恒电流充放电等对样品进行表征,比较了两种喷雾干燥方式制备前躯体对材料颗粒形貌、粒度分布、振实密度和电化学性能的影响。结果表明:与离心式雾化相比,气流式喷雾干燥制备的材料颗粒球形度更好,粒度分布更加均匀,振实密度更高,倍率放电性能更优。iron phosphate(LiFePO4) cathode material for Li-ion batteries was prepared by spay drying and solid-state synthesis method.The lithium iron phosphate precursors were obtained by two kinds of spay drying method.The effects of spay drying methods on the morphologies,particle size distributions,tap densities and electrochemical properties of the lithium iron phosphate material were investigated by means of X-ray diffraction,scanning electron microscope,laser particle-size distribution measurement and galvanostatic charge/discharge test.The results indicated that the lithium iron phosphate particles obtained from pneumatic spay drying showed a better spherical degree,more uniform distribution of particle size,higher tap density and better rate discharge performance compared with centrifugal spray drying.
